Clients that work with The Williams Home Team, Coldwell Banker Burnet in Rochester MN,
are invited to an annual Client Appreciation Party, usually held March,
April, or May of each calendar year. The party is for all of our clients
that have purchased or sold a home with a Realtor from our team: Tim, Sandy, Adam, Darren or Rebecca.
The party idea came about after our continued success in achieving top
honors in real estate production and service year after year. The Team
felt we needed to find a way to thank our clients for their continued
business, enabling us to be consistently honored as one of the top
teams in the nation. We decided to host an annual appreciation party.
This appreciation party would be our annual gift to all of our past and
present clients, and a way of giving back to our clients for their continued
business, and friendship.
The party has turned out to be the highlight of our year! It allows us
to "bring our clients back to us" once a year for food, fun,
entertainment, door prizes and grand prize trips to destinations such
as Hawaii, Aruba, Las Vegas, and the Wisconsin Dells! The party is also
a wonderful way for many of our clients, the majority of them working
at The Mayo Clinic, to meet one another, network, and many new friendships
are born!
